Cover more ground
The 48" or 60" cleaning width helps crews move through large flatwork faster than multiple walk behind surface cleaners.
Our 48" & 60" ride-on surface cleaners are for contractors and facility teams that need to clean large concrete areas with less labor and more efficiency.
Less labor. More profits.
Built for crews that need to move through large concrete jobs with less fatigue, fewer slow passes, and a more consistent cleaning path.
The 48" or 60" cleaning width helps crews move through large flatwork faster than multiple walk behind surface cleaners.
Ride-on operation helps take the strain out of long concrete jobs, keeping operators fresher deep into the workday.
When your setup can handle more square footage, parking lots, garages, campuses, and facility work become more realistic targets.
The Ride-On Surface Cleaner helps turn large concrete from a slow, tiring job into a more streamlined process: set your height, ride the path, and knockout the job.
Designed for large concrete
This ride-on surface cleaner is made for jobs where speed, repeatability, and operator comfort directly affect the day’s profit.
Best-fit applications
Use it where the surface is large enough that walking time, operator fatigue, and uneven production start working against you.
Wide commercial surfaces where efficiency and less operator fatigue make a visible difference.
Garages, ramps, and facility parking areas where repeatable passes help crews stay organized.
Long stretches of concrete where less walking helps protect time, energy, and consistency.
Municipal, school, warehouse, storefront, and recurring maintenance work with larger surface areas.
Commercial-grade confidence
More than the machine
The best setup depends on your pressure washer, flow, hoses, nozzles, water access, crew size, and the kind of concrete you clean most often.

Get practical setup guidance
For the fastest answer, include your current pressure washer, square footage, surface type, water access, timeline, and whether you need freight information.
It is built for large flatwork where walking, pushing, and slow passes limit how much concrete a crew can clean in a shift.
It is a strong fit for parking lots, parking garages, driveways, sidewalks, campuses, warehouses, storefronts, municipal properties, and recurring facility maintenance.
Ride-on operation helps reduce fatigue, while the wide cleaning path supports faster coverage and more repeatable results across open concrete.
Have a rough idea of your current pressure washer setup, hose setup, water access, typical square footage, surface types, and the jobs you want to take on.
We recommend a minimum of 20 GPM for the 48" unit and 30 GPM for the 60" unit.
We recommend 3/4" hose for these machines to get maximum flow. You can also use 1/2" hose however the flow rate will be reduced. 3/8" is not recommended.
The 60" surface cleaner can clean roughly 100k to 125k sqft per day.
Need the power to run it?
A ride-on surface cleaner is only as good as the system feeding it. If your current setup does not have the flow, water capacity, hose reels, or layout to keep up, ACS can help you build the rig around the work you want to win.
American Cleaning Systems builds custom skids and trailers with pressure wash systems, soft wash capability, tanks, hose reels, hoses, and practical layout decisions that make big flatwork easier to execute.
